Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Process: To exchange an item, please visit our website and go to the Return and Exchange page. Fill out the Return and Exchange Form, and our team will contact you after you submit the form. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may receive store credit or opt for a refund.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit card, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, you may opt for a store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
